Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your cooperation in providing a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Please note that failure to do so may result in full charges for the appointment or loss of session from a package. We also kindly request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, as tardiness may not be accommodated. All sold sessions are non-refundable, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter
