Coach Ed
Eduardo has years of experience in personal training, with a specialization in strength training, balance, & weight loss, senior fitness, HyperVolt therapy, & neuromuscular stretching. His focus is on teaching you why each movement matters so you can build strength, avoid injury, & make lasting progress. He's dedicated to fostering a supportive environment where individuals can build their confidence & improve their overall well-being. Whether you're starting out or looking to level up, he is here to guide you every step of the way.

Coach Raoia
Raoia is a dynamic & accomplished fitness professional, renowned for her expertise as an International Zumba Presenter, STRONG Nation instructor, Belly dance instructor & choreographer, Raoia brings a unique blend of energy and expertise to the fitness industry. Her skills in various disciplines allowed her to connect with diverse clients & provide personalized guidance & support. Raoia specializes in helping individuals achieve strength, confidence, & body transformation. She provides custom guidance & support to help clients achieve lasting results and transform their overall well-being.

Coach Bear
Coach Bear, is the ultimate multi-tasker! Juggling roles as a manager, emotional support coach, & chief security officer.
Due to his busy schedule, you might not see him very often during your training sessions, but if Coach Bear does make an appearance, expect a high-five if he likes you or a distanced side-eye look if you are not his type.
He accepts bribes - in the form of meat-based treats or whipped cream cups

Mohamad is the Lead Trainer & Studio Director, he's successfully guided numerous clients in transforming their bodies & lives through sustainable lifestyle changes. Focusing on the mind-body connection, he believes in a holistic approach to fitness that emphasizes proper form and nutrition. In addition to general fitness, he has extensive experience addressing orthopedic concerns and supporting postpartum recovery..
